ACCSES NJ and its network of nonprofit agencies provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities across New Jersey. We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Inspector and Workloading Specialist to ensure quality cleaning services and assist with job costing and quoting for new contracts in Northern and Central NJ.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of janitorial work at multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and contractual obligations.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to janitorial staff and management.
• Document inspection results and report any issues or areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and staff to address concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Company CEO and Management to address concerns.
• Assist in developing job cost estimates and quotes for potential cleaning contracts.
• Analyze labor, supply, and equipment costs to ensure accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with the management team to refine pricing strategies.
• Travel between assigned locations (reliable transportation required).

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or quality control preferred.
• From time to time, must be able to pick up janitorial supplies and deliver to a location.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of job costing, quoting, and pricing strategies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleaning deficiencies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety protocols, and must be able to use apps on smartphone.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time hours (flexible schedule, approximately 20 hours per week).
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience, and mileage reimbursement provided.
