ACCSES NJ is seeking a professional, organized, reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager for the Central NJ region. Ideal candidates are energetic, ambitious, and goal-oriented. We are looking for a motivated junior account manager to provide sales support to our customers. In this role, you will assist our sales management team in developing sales through effective and ongoing communication with new and existing customers to determine their needs and conduct research to identify new sales leads.
To ensure success as a junior account manager, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer relationship management. An outstanding junior account manager will be someone whose customer-oriented initiatives contribute to optimized sales department performance.
Specific duties for the role include:
Cold Calling on prospective clients.
Providing ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the sales team.
Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
Notifying customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitating suitable interventions.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
Reporting to sales managers as required.
Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities.
Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.
Gathering information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans).
Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.
Providing after-sales support to retain customers.

Lead generation or Field Marketing experience preferred but not required.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to lift 25 pounds and/or make a delivery to a client when necessary
Attend company meetings as required.
Attend and stay at company annual conference.
Always have a positive attitude and the ability to learn.
Provide the proper feedback to the Director of Business Development in a timely fashion.
Represent ACCSES NJ & its Members at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism and expertise.
Perform other duties or responsibilities as required.
